Wilda Gerideau Squires is a noted African
American fine art photographer who has
garnered national and international
recognition for her abstract, landscape
and human interest imagery. She uses both
film and digital photography to capture a
wide variety of images during her
extensive travels through Europe, Asia
and the Middle East. “Whether on a ferry
crossing Hong Kong harbor, a street corner
in Saint Petersburg with Helsinki on the
horizon or my own backyard", says the
native New Yorker, "images always arise
before me that beg to be captured and
shared."
